Open Lab
「カネモ香房（Kanemo Fragrance Lab）」は、
日本で初めてのオープンラボ型香料学校です。
Kanemo Fragrance Lab is Japan’s first fragrance school built around an open-lab concept with over 500 raw materials and tools used by professional perfumers.
500種類以上の香料原料を自由に使い、

誰もが香水作りを体験できます。
Courses
カネモ香房の調香スクールは、
Firmenichや高砂香料でキャリアを積み、40年以上にわたりヨーロッパ・中国・韓国など世界で活躍してきた
シニア調香師が直接指導します。At Kanemo’s Open Lab Perfume School, you will have direct guidance from a Senior Perfumer who made a career at Takasago and has over 40 years’ experience spreading over Europe, China and South Korea.
初心者の方には基礎から香りの世界を楽しく学べる入門コースをプロフェッショナルや企業には実践的な処方開発スキルまで学べる上級コースを用意。For beginners, we offer a course that introduces the fundamentals of perfumery in an enjoyable, hands-on way. Directed at professionals and those in the industry, our advanced course lets you hone your skills through hands-on perfume formulae developing.
国際的な香料業界の第一線で培われた知識と経験を、ここ日本で直接学べる唯一無二のスクールです。Kanemo’s Open Lab Perfume School is the sole place in Japan where you will be able to get direct input from an internationally experienced perfumer who has worked at the very forefront of this industry.
Beginner -初級コース-
初級コース（入門・全5回／各2時間）
香料原料の特徴やアコード（調和）の基本を学び、実技中心で進めます。ジャスミンやローズといった花の香り、フルーツタイプなど、自分の作りたい香りを創作できるレベルを目指します。
Beginner Course (Introductory, 5 sessions, 2 hours each) Through hands-on practice, learn the peculiarities of raw materials and how they work in accords. You will build the skills to eventually create the fragrances you desire, from jasmine and rose to fruity scents.
Intermediate -中級コース-
中級コース（基礎応用・全10回／各2時間）
代表的な香水タイプを体系的に習得し、シプレ、フゼア、フローラルアルデヒドなど、香水の基本骨格をマスターします。幅広いスタイルの香りを自在に創作できる力を身につけます。
Intermediate Course (Fundamentals & Application, 10 sessions, 2 hours each) In a systematic approach, you will get familiar with the key families of perfume: chypre, fougère, aldehydic-floral, etc. and fully understand their structure. By the course’s end, you’ll have the skills to freely create fragrances in any style you choose
Advanced -上級コース-
上級コース（実践応用・全20回／各2時間）
化粧品、洗剤、芳香剤などに用いる香料のパフォーマンス・安定性・製品特性との適合性を理解します。実際の製品開発に即した香料設計が可能になるレベルを目指します。
Advanced Course (Practical Application, 20 sessions, 2 hours each) You will gain a broader understanding of topics such as safety, manufacturing, and compatibility by exploring how raw materials perform across different applications, including cosmetics, detergents, and reed diffusers.
